Developer
My job is to build & configure process automations and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand in accordance with standard SS&C Blue Prism design principles and conventions. I need to be able to problem solve daily running of SS&C Blue Prism processes, and create and document test procedures and scenarios to support the Operational team during the UAT and roll out phases.
Main Responsibilities
- Automate the process candidates that are considered the most important by senior stakeholders.
- Build and configure process automations and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand in accordance with standard SS&C Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
- Fix processes that are broken where others don't have the extensive knowledge to fix efficiently.
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
- Solve issues that arise in the daily running of SS&C Blue Prism processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
- Support the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out phases.
Technical Skills
- Power user/super user spending a lot of time in studio, debugging.
- An understanding of software delivery methodologies.
- Solid end user computing skills, for example, intermediate spreadsheet user or similar. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential.
