Business Process Owner
I am the process owner or expert who understands the steps that make up the business process to be automated. I define the details of the automated business process and validate it to make sure it matches the existing process. I will then submit the request for the automation.
Main Responsibilities
- The process owner/expert who understands the steps and defines the details that make up the business process that is going to be automated.
- Defines the applications that will be used in the business process.
- Validates the automated process to ensure it matches existing process.
- Understands how the team will manage case and queue items the SS&C Blue Prism marks as an exception.
Technical Skills
- A moderate user who understands their way around the control room, especially queue management.
- Understands the RPA/process.
- An automation developer.
